By accessing or using the Opius Drone platform operated by Opius AI ("we", "our", or "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service.

2. Description of Service

Opius Drone is a managed platform for deploying and managing always-on AI workers (drones) that perform tasks autonomously. Our service includes:

AI drone deployment and configuration
Drone management dashboard
Third-party integrations (email, CRM, messaging)
Always-on AI worker instances (EC2)

3. Account Registration

To use certain features of our service, you must create an account. You agree to:

Provide accurate and complete information
Maintain the security of your account credentials
Promptly update your information if it changes
Accept responsibility for all activities under your account, including actions performed by your AI drones

4. AI Drone Usage

You retain ownership of your drone configurations and data. You acknowledge that:

Drones operate autonomously using AI models (including Claude by Anthropic) and may perform actions on your behalf
You are responsible for reviewing and approving drone actions and outputs
Drone execution logs are stored for your review and may be retained for service improvement

You agree not to use drones to:

Violate any applicable laws or regulations
Send spam or unsolicited communications
Harass, impersonate, or deceive others
Infringe on intellectual property rights

5. Subscriptions and Payments

Drone usage requires a subscription after the free trial period. Payment terms:

Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly basis
You may cancel your subscription at any time
Active drones will be stopped upon subscription cancellation
We reserve the right to change pricing with reasonable notice

6. Third-Party Integrations

Our service allows you to connect third-party services. You acknowledge that:

Third-party services are governed by their own terms and policies
We are not responsible for third-party service availability or functionality
You are responsible for compliance with third-party terms
AI drones will interact with connected services on your behalf

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use the service for any unlawful purpose
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
Interfere with or disrupt the service
Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code
Use automated systems to access the service without permission
Resell or redistribute the service without authorization

8. Intellectual Property

The Opius Drone platform, including its design, features, and content (excluding user-generated content), is owned by Opius AI and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our proprietary materials without permission.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE. AI DRONE OUTPUTS AND ACTIONS ARE PROVIDED WITHOUT GUARANTEE OF ACCURACY OR COMPLETENESS.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OPIUS AI SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, INCLUDING DAMAGES RESULTING FROM AI DRONE ACTIONS OR OUTPUTS.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. Upon termination:

Your right to use the service ceases immediately
All active drones will be stopped and deprovisioned
We may delete your account data after a reasonable period
Provisions that should survive termination will remain in effect

12. Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes through the service or by email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

13. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
